Capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur lightning flood again
Many cars had soaked in water, can't move, cause them anchor. The water was two feet high, OMG！
What cause the flood? The correct answer is torrential rain in the afternoon.
Then what happened to the car owner? Of cause complain and feel very sad. I hope they can fix their car as fast as they could.
